Can I Add Multiple Hotels At Once?

Yes, you can create for each hotel a free account. When you have multiple hotels (5+) to connect to Hello George please contact support and we will assits you to connect all the hotels smoothly.

When Do I Get Paid

All Up-sells will be directed to your administration. This way you can charge the guests for the up-sells yourself without any extra transactions in between.

Signing up for our Freemium model does not require you to enter any credit card details. The Freemium model is 100% free and there are no hidden cost.

Hello George is not commission based. The Freemium plan is 100% free and for the Superior- and President plan you just pay per room / month, regardless of the number of sales you make.

 

There’s no long-term contract. Just pay as you go, month to month. You can cancel at any time without penalty.

Upsell Services are the additional services you offer to your guests. For example: Early Check-in, Late Check-out, Breakfast, Bottle of Wine, Flowers, Bike Rental, Valet Parking etcetera. You can use the pre-defined Upsell Services in Hello George or create and manage your own additional services.

For the Local Attractions Offering we’ve partnerships with companies like GetYourGuide, Tiqets and Viator. Based on the location of your hotel we offer your guests a number of local attractions.

On the second day after a guest checked in we send a short survey about the services (e.g. reception, room, hygiene). You get these results and can adapt when a guest is not satisfied, turning a bad review into a good one.
