Hello George is not commission based. The Freemium plan is 100% free and for the Superior- and President plan you just pay per room / month, regardless of the number of sales you make.
There’s no long-term contract. Just pay as you go, month to month. You can cancel at any time without penalty.
Upsell Services are the additional services you offer to your guests. For example: Early Check-in, Late Check-out, Breakfast, Bottle of Wine, Flowers, Bike Rental, Valet Parking etcetera. You can use the pre-defined Upsell Services in Hello George or create and manage your own additional services.
On the second day after a guest checked in we send a short survey about the services (e.g. reception, room, hygiene). You get these results and can adapt when a guest is not satisfied, turning a bad review into a good one.
